Our compensation package rewards our associates with competitive salaries, performance bonuses, and a medical plan that is 100% paid for by the company for each associate. Our benefit plan also includes company-paid STD, LTD, life insurance, 9 company-paid holidays and a total of 20 days of paid-time off in the first year. In addition, our 401(k) plan matches 50% of your contribution up to the federal maximum, which is $15,000 in 2006.
